I consent to Mentor Canada and/or Mentorat Quebec to use of any photographs, audio and/or video recordings of myself as taken or produced by media personnel and/or Mentor Canada or Mentorat Quebec staff at events or otherwise authorized by Mentor Canada and Mentorat Quebec and that this media may be used by Mentor Canada and/or Mentorat Quebec for purposes of promotional material including brochures, posters, newsletters, media information, advertisements, audio-visual productions and digital media(such as websites and social media). Photographs or video productions may also be shared with partners for promotion. I further waive any claim which I may have against Mentor Canada and Mentorat Quebec, arising from the use of such photographs, audio and/or video recordings of myself, as aforesaid. This consent and waiver shall remain in effect unless otherwise revoked.
